Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, being careful not to overwork the batter.
Spoon the batter into a piping bag and fill the donut pan molds until three-quarters full.
Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Melt the dark chocolate and dip the top of each cooled donut into the chocolate.
Melt the white chocolate and place it in a small piping bag with a tiny tip opening.
Pipe concentric circles onto the dark chocolate surface and drag a toothpick from the center outwards to create the web effect.
Notes
Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Ensure the dark chocolate base is set before piping the white chocolate web for the best visual definition.
